   Send an enquiry from any plot page or the contact page. You get a call or WhatsApp reply within 24 hours in business hours.

   We walk you through what is available, the price for each 464 SQM plot, and the exact title status attached to it. Nothing is held back at this stage.

   Your checklist

   • Browse the current plots and shortlist one or two
   • Send an enquiry with your phone number
   • Agree a budget and a preferred community
2. 02Site inspectionSee the plot in person, or take a guided video walkthrough if you are abroad.
3. 03Documentation and verificationTitle is reviewed and confirmed in writing before any money moves.
4. 04Purchase and paymentOutright, or a short installment run, typically within three months.
5. 05Allocation and ownershipYour specific plot is allocated on the ground and your documents are issued.
6. 06Long termHold it, build on it, or pass it on. The decision stays with you.
