Remote consultation
Pricing, plot location and title status can be walked through over video call or email, in your timezone, before you commit to anything.
Document review before payment
Title paperwork is shared and reviewed with you, and, if you wish, with your own lawyer, ahead of any payment being made.
Site visits, in person or by video
Visit the allocation yourself when you're home, or ask for a recorded or live video walkthrough of the specific plot if you can't travel.
